Group Coaching
The people working for a company are the most important and valuable resource. I have used my Human Resource Diploma along with my Life Coaching, NLP, and Marketing qualifications to establish a staff wellness and development programme.
The programme is completely tailored to the
needs, values, and expectations of the company and consists of a two-pronged approach – performance and life
coaching.
Performance Coaching has proven to be a successful and rewarding forum for
companies. This is not a disciplinary
platform. The aim is to discover changes needed to
improve on areas of their performance using Key Performance Indicators. It has been found that these sessions cultivate a feeling of being seen by the company and
therefor valued.
Life Coaching: This follows my One-on-One
Coaching approach. The programme is
deepened according to the time spent within a company. The results of life coaching are magnified if
they start in the workplace – people have a natural tendency to value a company
that is concerned with their mental wellbeing.
This improves staff retention as well as attitudes towards loyalty and
development.
These sessions are
completely confidential. I will only
break confidentiality if situations of harm to themselves, others or property
arise in conversations.
This programme is tailor made for your business dependent on your needs. It can be time based or it could be more permanent. It includes monthly reporting in a monthly meeting with a Human Resource
Manager.
Corporate Coaching results in improvements in Human Resource Planning,
Productivity, Lower Absenteeism, Higher Staff Retention, Healthier Work
Environment.
The investment for the programme would be agreed upon based on company needs.
Group Coaching
I have developed small group coaching programmes with various themes, like trust, relationships and communication.
These
range from 3 hours to full day or full weekends. It depends on the need of the company. These would be held off premises in order to
avoid all possible distraction during the coaching. The programme can be designed for any area – team morale, diversity
education, effective sales techniques – the possibilities are endless. Internal training programmes can also be integrated
into a programme. The main goal of a group
session or team building could be incorporated into staff KPIs if appropriate.
The cost for the programme will depend on numbers and the length of the programme.
